Not feelin’ the Buttr? No worries. If you’re not loving your order for any reason, we’ll make it right—with a replacement or a full refund, minus the cost of shipping back to us in certain circumstances.

Tallow is a little sensitive to temperature swings during shipping—if your jar arrived less than perfect, let us fix it with a fresh one, or throw it in the fridge for a couple of hours for it to return to normal.
